I believe great rehabilitation should do more than temporarily reduce pain—it should help you confidently return to the activities you love.
As a Doctor of Chiropractic and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, I help active adults, athletes, and lifters overcome pain, recover from injury, and build the strength needed to stay active for the long term. My approach combines evidence-informed chiropractic care, rehabilitation, manual therapy, dry needling, neuromuscular reeducation, and progressive strength training to address more than symptoms alone.
Every treatment plan is personalized around your goals, lifestyle, and training demands. Whether you are recovering from a sports injury, managing persistent back or shoulder pain, or working toward a performance goal, the focus is on helping you move better, build resilience, and return to training with confidence.
Precision Performance Lab was created to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance while making high-quality care more accessible. Patients can receive treatment in the clinic or choose mobile care delivered at their home, gym, or training space when appropriate. This flexible model allows care to fit more naturally into busy schedules without sacrificing the individualized attention needed for meaningful progress.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy strength training, spending time with my wife and daughter, and continuing to study sports rehabilitation and human performance. My mission is to help people move better, get stronger, and continue doing what they love for years to come.
